The Cabal brings together owners who have already built something and want to build something better. Strategy, accountability and honest peer challenge. The other seats matter as much as the coaching: people who have been where you are, who will call out what you cannot see, and expect the same from you.
The aim is not just a bigger business. It is a business that runs without you in it, and a life you chose rather than stumbled into. That takes longer than a quarter and more honesty than most rooms allow.
Numbers are capped. Places open by application only. The room runs on CoreOS so every member works the same operating system and the challenge stays sharp instead of scattered.
