Whatever route you take, the work rests on the same four elements: strategy, accountability, mindset and systems. Nick built CoreOS over a decade of coaching and running his own companies. It works in any industry because the four elements are the same in every business: only the answers change.

How much does Core Business coaching cost?
Every price is published. Momentum, the one-to-one programme, is £12,000 + VAT a year or £1,200 + VAT a month. The Core Business Accelerator is £8,000 + VAT a year for a seat in the room or £4,000 + VAT a year online. The Intensive, a single day one to one, is £2,000 + VAT. Retreats are £2,995 + VAT, or £2,495 + VAT for Accelerator members and included in Momentum. Executive career coaching is priced per package and confirmed before you start.
Which Core Business programme is right for me?
If you want the plan held to every month, that is Momentum. If you want other operators challenging your thinking as well as a coach, that is the Accelerator. If one decision cannot wait a month, that is the Intensive. If you need three days away from the business to think, that is a retreat. If the question is your own next career move rather than a business you own, that is executive career coaching.
What is the CoreOS framework?
CoreOS is a coaching framework developed by Nick Thorpe that focuses on the key elements required for success in any business: strategy, accountability, mindset, and systems. It is designed to work in any industry and is the foundation of all Core Business coaching.
How do the retreats and events work?
Core Business retreats and events are exclusive, application-only gatherings where business owners come together in an inspiring environment to learn, grow and reset. You'll leave with actionable steps to implement in your business, alongside a strong support network.
Can I join if I am not in the UK?
Yes. Clients from around the world are welcome. A strong command of English matters, and your time zone needs to allow sensible scheduling.
Can I attend an event without being a client?
Yes, absolutely. You'll have a brief call with the team first to make sure the event is the right fit for you and your business goals.
