It helps that Nick runs property businesses himself, so you are not explaining what a void or a refinance is. The coaching is on running the business well, which is the same discipline in any industry. The property experience means less translation and faster answers.
Is this sourcing or deal advice?
No. This is business coaching for people who own a property business. Nick will not find you deals or tell you what to buy. He works on how you run the company, make decisions, and get your time back.
What does it cost?
Everything is published. Momentum, the monthly one-to-one with Nick, is £12,000 + VAT a year, or £1,200 + VAT a month. There is also the Core Business Accelerator (£8,000 + VAT in the room, £4,000 + VAT online), a one-day Intensive at £2,000 + VAT, and Cornwall retreats at £2,995 + VAT.
