The Intensive: one day on your business, flat out
A full working day, one to one. The morning finds the real constraint. The afternoon makes the decisions you have been circling for months, and you leave with a 90-day plan.
Who this is for
Owners who want the reset in a day rather than a programme: a decision that cannot wait a month, a business that needs honest eyes on it now, or a straight way to test working with Nick before committing to Momentum or the Accelerator.
The morning: diagnosis
Your numbers, your week, your team, on the table. We work through the business the way Nick works through his own: where the money actually comes from, where the time actually goes, and which constraint is holding the rest hostage.
The afternoon: decisions
The decisions you have been putting off get made, with someone in the room who has no reason to tell you what you want to hear. You leave with a 90-day plan: what to stop, what to fix first, who owns what.
Apply for an Intensive
A few quick questions, then Nick comes back within one working day with dates. If a day is not the right format for your situation, he will say so instead of taking the booking.

Frequently asked questions
How much does the Intensive cost?
£2,000 plus VAT for the day. Published, like every Core Business price, because you deserve to know before you apply.
What happens on the day?
The morning is diagnosis: your numbers, your week, and finding the real constraint. The afternoon is decisions: what to stop, what to fix first, and a 90-day plan you leave with. One business, one day, no filler.
In person or online?
Either. In person where the diary allows, or online as a full working day. The work is the same.
How is this different from Momentum?
Momentum is a monthly partnership: the plan gets worked, checked and held to over the year. The Intensive is one day, flat out, on the decisions in front of you now. Owners use it as a hard reset, or as a straight way to test working with Nick before committing to a programme.
Not sure a day is enough?
Build your free business plan first: seven questions, a twelve-month plan, and a much clearer picture of whether you need a day, a room or a monthly partnership.
