Executive career coaching · one to one · online
Make your next career move with a clearer head and a stronger message.
One-to-one coaching for experienced professionals who are deciding what comes next, preparing for interviews or moving into a new role. Work on how you think through the change and how you communicate what you bring.
A short conversation on your situation and your deadline. That decides which package fits, and nothing is a booking until a time is agreed.
Clearer thinking and a stronger message for a job opportunity
Frankie worked with Core on how she thought about her next move and how she communicated her strengths. Coaching focused on reframing her thinking and sharpening her communication so she could make a stronger case for the job.

Three situations this is built for
01
Deciding what comes next
Two roles on the table, a move into a new sector, or the question of going independent. You need a way to decide that is not a coin toss.
02
A job you want and interviews to get through
You know the role. What you need is a sharper account of what you have done, and practice explaining it to people who decide.
03
A bigger transition
Leaving after a long stretch, redundancy, a step up, or a change of direction. Direction first, then the search, then the first 90 days in the new seat.
Pick the shape of the work, then the fee is fixed
Each package has a set number of sessions, a window to use them in, and a clear edge to what it covers. Not sure which fits? The first conversation settles it.
01
Career direction
For someone deciding between roles, a change of direction or independent work.
Fixed fee · published once confirmed
What you leave with
A decision framework you can reuse and a written next-step plan.
How it runs
- One 90-minute session
- Short pre-work sent before the session
- A written action summary afterwards
- One clarifying question by email
The edge of it
Does not include a job-search campaign or application rewriting.

Interview and job search
For someone who knows the kind of role they want and needs to communicate their experience convincingly.
Fixed fee · published once confirmed
What you leave with
A positioning statement, worked achievement examples, interview practice and a practical search plan.
How it runs
- Four 60-minute sessions over up to six weeks
- Positioning, achievement examples, interview practice, search plan
The edge of it
Coaching and bounded feedback. Written CV and LinkedIn feedback is by arrangement. No recruiter introductions and no done-for-you applications.

Career transition
For someone making a larger move, or who wants support through an active search and into the new role.
Fixed fee · published once confirmed
What you leave with
Direction, positioning, the difficult conversations, interview preparation, and a first-90-days plan if a role lands during the programme.
How it runs
- Six 60-minute sessions over up to twelve weeks
- Direction, positioning, difficult conversations, interview preparation
- If you secure a role mid-programme, the remaining sessions go on your first 90 days
The edge of it
No unlimited messaging between sessions, and no guarantee of an offer or of how long the search takes.
Ask about Career transition →Unsure? Start with Career direction, or say so on the enquiry and the first conversation settles it.
01 · Enquire
A few questions below. Nick reads it himself and replies within one working day with a time for a short conversation.
02 · The conversation
Your situation and your deadline, then which package fits. If coaching is not the right tool, Nick says so.
03 · The work
Sessions online at agreed times, with preparation before each one, and the actions you said you would take, checked.
04 · The end of it
You leave with the decision made, or the message sharpened. If a role lands inside a Career transition programme, the remaining sessions plan the first 90 days. The package ends when its sessions and window end.
Coached by someone who has sat both sides of the table
Sixteen years as a British Army officer, where the next posting was decided by people you had to convince. Then a decade founding and running his own companies, which employ people, so he has sat on the hiring side of the table too.
“Every session left me with clarity, practical steps, and a renewed sense of direction.”

Frequently asked questions
Is this the same as the business coaching?
Same coach, different work. Core Business coaches owners on running their companies. This route is for individuals working through a career decision, a job search or a transition. You will not be asked about a business or a turnover.
What does it cost?
Each package has one fixed fee, agreed before you start. The figures are being finalised and will be published here; until then, ask on the first conversation and you get a straight number.
Can my employer pay?
Sometimes. Say so when you enquire and it is worked out in the first conversation.
How do we work together?
Online, one to one, at times agreed in advance. Every package has a fixed number of sessions and a window to use them in, so you know the shape of it before you commit.
What happens after I enquire?
Nick reads every enquiry himself and replies within one working day to suggest a time for a short conversation. That conversation establishes your situation, your timing and which package fits. Nothing is booked until you have agreed a time.
Can you get me a job?
No coach can, and anyone promising it should be avoided. What coaching changes is how clearly you decide, and how well you explain what you bring. The offer is the employer's to make.
