Who we are. Core Business Ltd (“we”, “us”) operates core-business.uk, providing business coaching, mentoring, events and related services. Contact: nick@core-business.uk.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, phone and business information submitted through our contact, booking, application, waitlist, scorecard and plan-builder forms.
- Scorecard and plan answers: the answers you submit so we can prepare your results and have an informed conversation if you book a call.
- Analytics data: if you accept the analytics cookie, anonymised usage data via Google Analytics 4 (IP addresses are anonymised). If you decline, no analytics run.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries, applications and booking requests.
- To send your scorecard breakdown or business plan, and, where you’ve signed up, the newsletter. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which pages help people, via consented analytics.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except the processors that run the site (Netlify, which hosts the site and receives form submissions; Google Analytics, if consented; and the AI service used to generate business plans, which processes the answers you submit for that purpose only).
Cookies
We use one optional analytics cookie (Google Analytics 4), set only after you accept the cookie banner. Essential operation of the site needs no cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email nick@core-business.uk and we’ll act on it within one month. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Retention
Form submissions and email correspondence are kept while relevant to an active or potential client relationship and deleted on request.
